Maryland Apex Elite Soccer Academy keeps training groups intentionally small to provide each player with meaningful attention and development opportunities. Because each registration reserves one of a limited number of roster spots, the following refund policy applies:

Before the Program Begins

​Cancellations received at least 7 days before the first scheduled session are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees

​

Cancellations received fewer than 7 days before the program begins are eligible for a 75% refund.

​​

After the Program Begins

​Withdrawals occurring after the first session but before the third scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.

​

After the third scheduled session, tuition is non-refundable.

​

Medical Circumstances

​

If a player is unable to continue participating because of an injury or medical circumstance, please contact the academy. A prorated refund or academy credit may be considered based on the circumstances and documentation provided

Academy & Weather Cancellations

​

If Maryland Apex Elite cancels an entire program, families will receive a full refund.

 

When an individual training session is canceled because of weather, unsafe field conditions, facility closure, or other circumstances beyond the academy's control, the academy will make reasonable efforts to provide a makeup session. Refunds are not automatically provided when a makeup session is offered

Missed Sessions

​

Refunds or credits are not provided for sessions missed because of vacations, scheduling conflicts, transportation issues, or other personal circumstances​
